I’m a woman who has walked through adversity. From a young age, I battled diet sensitivities, depression, and a deep sense of not belonging. My childhood was marked by dysfunction and instability. I moved often, never quite fitting in. I made good grades, but I often felt like the “ugly duckling”—seen for my performance, not for who I truly was.

As I got older and “grew into my looks,” I realized something dangerous: validation can be addictive. But even when people finally noticed me, the emptiness remained. Nothing filled the void—until I found peace in Jesus.

Butterfly Beauties Wellness was born out of this transformation. This is a place for real healing—body, mind, and spirit. A place rooted in faith, not fluff. Here, we do the inner work. We honor our health. We save money. We grow in grace. And above all, we remember that beauty begins within.
